Urban intervention/ performance
Presented as part of
DARE-DARE artist-run centre’s
OFF-Biennial project
Montreal
May 23-4, 2009

Drawing on cardboard furniture patterns shared by designers via the internet, I created a temporary sculpture garden of cardboard furniture in a Montreal public park. By inviting passersby to build and take home a piece of their own, my project commented on the “open source” theme of the OFF-Biennial project, a series of urban interventions in the Shaugnessy neighborhood of Montreal.
