Percolab

Graphic design and illustration for a Montréal consultancy

Percolab is an international network of enterprises in co-creation, innovation and systems change. In early 2022, the Percolab team asked me to roll out a new visual identity designed by the design studio Caserne. They wanted to balance clarity with playfulness. They also wanted to more fully integrate Lead Designer Paul Messer’s signature visual thinking language. I've been working with the team, especially Stéphanie Bossé and Paul Messer, since that time.

  • Over the past year and a half, we’ve developed over 21 learning and marketing products. Our work has touched on topics including managing conflict, trauma at work, and climate change. Products have ranged from presentations to card decks to e-newsletter templates. In terms of process, member Stéphanie Bossé and I developed new workflows in Google Slides and Canva to improve remote collaboration within the team. Co-design and close collaboration have been the key to our success.
