Sensing the City
Finalist, Toronto Transit Commission competition
for a temporary public artwork
2009
Inspired by the signage of commercial development, I proposed to transform the TTC Lansdowne fence into a platform for young people to express their vision of the city. I intended to work with a youth group from the Bloor Lansdowne neighborhood to facilitate the production of a photo essay showing the city through their eyes printed in the form of an industrial quality photo-mural.
